Rain played spoilsport in Delhi’s match against Uttar
Pradesh in the Col CK Nayudu U-25 Trophy in Moradabad. Hosts UP were 95 for 3
as only 26 overs could be bowled. The umpires decided to have 28 overs at
around 4 pm but then bad light ended play. There was some good news for Delhi,
who were thrashed by Karnataka in the opening tie. Their beleaguered skipper
Shelly Shaurya picked two of the three wickets.
