Gautam Gambhir, who has recovered from a viral fever, will lead Delhi in the
first three rounds of the Ranji Trophy which begins on October 27. He will have
other India internationals Virender Sehwag and Ashish Nehra for company. Delhi
play their first match in Ranchi against Jharkhand. Sehwag and Gambhir, who
suffered a viral fever and flew back from the Duleep Trophy final last week,
are now looking at the Ranji Trophy to make a return to the national fold.
Delhi leave for Ranchi on October 25.
